Before you confirm
Check passenger names against the passport. Review the route, travel dates, baggage allowance, total fare, service charge and change, cancellation and refund conditions before agreeing.
Protect your information
Share passport details only through the booking process or an agreed agency channel. Never send card PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords in a chat or email.
Payments and receipts
Verify the agency and the payment recipient before transferring money. Ask for a receipt for each transaction. A payment receipt, booking reference and issued airline ticket are different documents.
Demo searches
Results marked DEMO are illustrative training examples. A demo reference or demo ticket is not valid for travel, and a simulated payment does not charge money.
