For an enrolled admin who forgot the password or lost the authenticator: run owner-setup.py from the VPS terminal to reset admin access.
Verify your registered email and mobile to set a new password.
Enter the separate codes sent to your email address and mobile. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

Enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app. You can also use one unused recovery code. No SMS or email code is required for an enrolled admin.
Codes already used cannot be reused. Wait for the next code if you just completed setup.
